Instructions for allowing one of our support representatives to shadow your computer session:
1. Click the name of the representative you would like to connect with above.
2. Select RUN and allow a few minutes for the program to download
3. Click RUN again to start remote sharing. Please wait patiently for your representative to connect on the other end.
